Dr. Gunalan Nadarajah holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (Science University of Malaysia - USM), obtained his MBA from University Utara Malaysia (UUM), Hons Degree in Economics from National University of Malaysia (UKM) and Certificate in Hazardous Material Handling (Pudong, China. He has over 18 years of working experience as Senior Manager in the field of Plant Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management (Warehouse Operations, Logistics Customer Service, Warehouse Inventory Control, Transportation Operations and Procurement).

Dr. Gunalan has vast experience in conducting lectures, seminars, workshops and trainings in several Training centers, Universities, Colleges and Multinational Companies. His trainings cover both hard and soft skills (Effective Supervisory Skill, Project Management, Managerial Communication, Managing change, Improving administrative staff with Business skill, Analytical problem solving, Customer relations management, Presentation and marketing strategies, Organizational motivation and teamwork and etc). Throughout his career, he has conducted many in-house training programs, which have led to obvious process improvements in clients' overall work environment and people management. He has also written several modules in Business Operations, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management and Marketing Management.

Gunalan's area of specialization covers, Business Administration (Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Operation Management, etc),Project Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. He has contributed several papers in National and International conferences (eg; National Ergonomic Conference, presented several papers in Logistics/Supply Chain conferences, Intel Innovation forums, Intel Manufacturing Excellence Conference, International Conference on Operations and Supply Chain Management & etc). He is also prominent in consultancy job where his expertise has contributed to huge cost savings and productivity improvements in several local and multinational organizations. In addition, he is serving Ipoh City Council (MBI) as Civil Council Member (2012/2013).
