Biography: Roslan Abdul Hakim is Professor of Economics and Director of Institute for Leadership, Innovation and Change (i-Lead4Change). He was Dean of the Faculty of Economics at UUM from 2003 to 2004. He has served as a consultant to Penang Rural Development Authority (PERDA) and Arriyadh Development Authority (ADA), and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Roslan has led consultancy projects for various agencies including Padiberas Nasional (BERNAS), Agrobank, and Lembaga Kemajuan Wilayah Tengah Terengganu (KETENGAH). He has presented papers at various international conferences, and his articles have appeared in national and international journals.
