Biography: Mohd Razali Agus is Professor of City and Regional Planning but has developed a keen interest in Organisational Leadership. He is now Director of International Marketing since he joined Universiti Utara Malaysia in January 2017. Prior to joining OYAGSB, Mohd Razali has served in various administrative roles; he was Assistant Vice-Chancellor of Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin; Vice-Chancellor of Northwest University of Kano, Nigeria; Vice-Chancellor of Twintech International University College of Technology; Rector/Chief Executive of Melaka International College of Science and Technology; Rector of Kolej Poly-Tech Mara; and Vice-Chancellor of Universiti Industri Selangor among others. He has supervised numerous undergraduate and postgraduate on their theses/dissertations since he joined the academia in 1979. Apart from teaching, research, and publication, he has offered consultancy services to several agencies/organisations including the Ministry of Federal Territory and UNICEF, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, the Selangor State Government, the Terengganu State Economic Planning Unit, the Department of Town and Country Planning (Alor Setar), and the Perak State Economic Planning Unit among others.
